If you can’t understand how hostile I am toward/about other people, then try to understand why they made me feel that way about them.

because it's not always something i have or have not done personally much of the time or equally it does have to do with the other person i don't just end up not liking someone 'cause they said or did one mean thing it's takes quite a bit for me to just feel this way about someone where i want nothing to do with them anymore and i hate that people tell me not to hold grudges and let go because i would if it were easier i would if this feeling had not been instilled in me from such a young age aka like six or seven i want to unlearn that but i also want people to stop being pompous assholes too
